REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide the best service possible and want to give each of you a satisfactory experience. However, refunds are subject to company policy. In case of cancellations, the bookings cancelled before a confirmation will not be charged. A minimum cancellation fee will be applicable on bookings which are already informed to the customer.
